What we do
The billing work, from session to payment
Claims checked and sent
Claims are built from your finished sessions and checked before they go out: psychotherapy codes billed together that payers won't pay, add-on codes without their base service, and services a provider type can't bill. A provider approves each claim, and codes are never changed on their own.
Telehealth rules handled
Each payer's telehealth place of service and modifier are applied to telehealth sessions, and a telehealth session billed as an office visit is caught before it's sent.
Eligibility before the session
See whether Medicare, Medicaid or insurance coverage is active before the first session, for current patients and people who aren't patients yet.
Rejections and denials
Claims a payer sends back are read and sorted. Fixable problems are corrected from your records and resent. The rest reach a person with the reason, and denials come with an appeal draft to finish.
Payments and follow-up
Payments are posted against each claim, and unpaid claims are tracked by payer and age so slow ones are followed up before they become a problem.
