Questions
What happens after the 30 days? Nothing is deleted. If you haven't started paying, claims wait, checked and ready, and go out the moment you add a payment method in Settings.
What counts as one of the 2 free claims? The claims for your first 2 visits, including any correction or the Medicaid balance after Medicare.
Do I pay for denied or unpaid claims? No. The fee is 4% of what the payer actually pays.
Can you work our denials for us? Yes. If you'd rather hand billing off completely, talk to us.
