This page covers this website. Patient information handled for the practices we work with is covered by business associate agreements with those practices and is kept separate from this site.

This website

• No cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party scripts or fonts.
• The web server keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting.

If you send us a message

We use your name, email, phone and message only to reply and to talk with you about working together. We don't sell or share them. Please don't include patient names or health information.

If you apply to use the service

We collect your email, practice name, NPI (a public record), the name and title of the person signing, and the phone number already on your NPI record, which we text a code to. Your payment card is entered on Stripe's own page. We never see the full number, and keep only the card brand and last four digits. Applications contain no patient information.
