How it works
Four steps, and most of them are ours
1. Tell us your old system
Ask us here or by phone. We tell you whether we can move it and exactly which reports to download, before you pay anything.
2. Share the reports securely
You download the reports and share them through your own secure workspace, never by email.
3. We move and check it
We match each patient's insurance to the right payer and each visit to the right clinician, and fix what doesn't line up.
4. You review and approve
You see every patient and visit before anything is saved. Visits already billed in your old system are marked, so nothing is billed twice.
What we move
Your patients and their insurance, your clinicians, and your recent visits with their diagnoses, which is everything needed to keep billing without a gap. We don't move clinical notes or documents: they stay in your record system, where they belong.
Questions
Which systems can you move from? SimplePractice, and most practice systems that can download reports or a spreadsheet. Tell us yours and we'll say whether we can move it before you pay anything.
How long does it take? Usually within a week of receiving your reports. Your 14 free days don't start until your first claim is sent, so the move doesn't use them up.
What does "per additional clinician" mean? Each provider after the first who bills under their own NPI. $199 covers the practice and its first clinician.
When do we pay? Once, after you've reviewed and approved the move. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.
